Dislikes

Appraisals are not upto industry standard. Work-life balance is terrible, certain teams make you work even on weekends. Unprofessional environment, freshers need to refer colleagues with sir and ma'am.

There is nothing much to like here, a dead end company with no work culture. Every employee here is just conning their way through a career darker than a black hole.

Dislikes

This company has one of the worst HR in the history of capitalism. Imagine a world where people with 0 technical skills, 0 empathy and 0 professional become your bosses who can decide your productivity. This company does not know how to differentiate between productivity and blatant time wasting tactics used by majority of its employees. The managers truly believe they are leading a group of people, but leaders are people who inspire, motivate and empower others. Join this company to lead a mediocre life amoung mediocre employees and managers (for whom mediocrity is the moon)

The existing employees are little less paid as compared to the market standards.

The only thing to like about Paxcom is the employee friendly policies however the learning curve is stagnant after few months and repetitive tasks aligned everyday which makes it monotonous to work after few months.

The company is good in terms of quarterly perks Learning is also good if you possess the zeal to learn

Some people enjoy the free time as benefit of seniority as there is limited control over time management
