There is no job security. They will call you and tell you leave the job today itself even on offer letter there should one month notice period from the company rule and regulation.

everything is managed from UK. Indian management dont have any power. Everything is driven by HR even your line manager dont have permisions but your HR can interfear. False promises are given. Promotions rarely happen to do that you need to do buttering else external resource will be taken. No written policy. policy gets modified in between

Work environment is good, Appraisal are also good, OFFICE CANTEEN, HR staff is also very helpful, Events are excellent, Work life balance. Cab facility, best tech stack.

Whenever any event organized, you will not find any desk to sit.

Old management mindset. Overall product is straightforward. Nothing challenging. Ned to work understand UK product managers instructions/guidance. no direct client management. Traditional way of working for PO requirements-stories etc. No extra responsibility. Low CTC and hikes.
