Only likes about this company are the on-time salary. Company used to have good policies till 2023 and provided good money and bonuses to the employees for their hardwork. The office culture used to be very healthy it really felt like a good workplace. That was the last good time of this company.

Only join this company if you are very desperate for a job. No job security at all and if you want job security you will need to overwork your targets. The management here feels like it is the responsibility of writer to get work and hold them responsible if no work is there. The company struggles to get work and laysoff employees like they are robots. Policies are ever changing, management keeps on changing policies that benefits them and blames everything on China teams. Most Managers are just previous writers promoted to manager with no managing skills. Manager position is a joke for this company should rename to coordinators. Work is very mundane it may seem interesting at first but you will be gaining no skills whatsoever maybe some skills in academic content which are not relevant if you switch from this company believe me my friend. Rules are different for every employee if you work more then more benefits and vice versa. They call themselves corporate but don’t know anything about a real corporate. There used to be two branches but now only one branch is there and the other branch and its employees were treated like they never existed. Can’t really totally blame management as writers here are ready to work 24x7 to achieve unrealistic targets and set high expectations for other writers who have a work life balance. So if you are ready to work like that you can join only for monetary purpose bonuses are good ofcourse when you have no life outside of work. At the end you will get stuck in the money illusion this company creates for you as no one else pays this high outside for just making assignments. In summary its not a good time to join here as a writer.

... greedy and will take the task from you and reassign by herself for extra money. Due to so much competition for earning extra money rather than salary She always frustrated in her work and this frustration converted into her rude behaviour on other employess. After all of this dirty competition if you can't meet daily targets they will terminate you from the company even in the probation period. Per assign 2/8 rupees which is lesser than my daily travel expenses. They text you even at odd hours for work. Nothing to learn from the work, simple task assigning and dirty politics is also there. No training session provided to the employee even after said in the offer letter, Uses a Chinese app which banned in India and also a VPN illegally, to get assignments from Chinese students. All the instruction/updates is in Chinese, so if any problem happens in app we need to wait for the reply from Team Manager who doesn't reply at all during office hours also. Senior Project coordinator doesn't have any grammatical knowledge, during training also she will misbehave like a hell. And HRs will not pay your incentive even after mentioned in the offer letter. If you are new in this type of negative work culture then please stay away from this company.

Just the exposure to other subjects

Dislikes

Ambiguous pay structure, No payment for the training period despite the promise in the first mail, Unjustified Salary deductions, Leave Without Pay to reduce target, Still working on leaves without pay, Lack of help from overworked TMs, Abysmal work-life balance, Non-cooperative Branch Managers, Lack of flexibility in working hours, Requirement to be available beyond office hours, Expectation to answer within 20 mins of a message even during odd hours, No respect for the writer's expertise, Opacity in policy matters that change overnight. In fact, the office was relocated without proper information (beforehand) to the new joiners so that they could re-think whether they wished to travel the distance.
