The company is open to Innovation..They used to pay heed to individual requests and greviences. Management is supportive for those who are willing to learn and improve. I loved my colleagues over here,especially alot many from Eletronics and Regulatory Department. Most of them were from different cultural background which is different from mine.i just enjoyed it.

For any new individual it really feels very unsecure about the job because of the company's strict policies. Team work has to be encouraged. Individuals are to be left free to work integratedly with the concerned departments which would be very necessary in the project point of view. Management policies especially Leave policies that are concerned to head office employees has to be revised.

Company is good but few peoples are like manger and support team they are only perform politics, ego, abuse language uses and low minded people in support team, company policics is good, hr is good but management is very poor.

Dislikes

No appraisal, heavy pressure, no work life balance. They says 9 to 6.30 job but to be good in front of managers we have to work till 7.30. Have to work on alternate saturdays too

Except for Snake Tongue People, coworkers are the greatest in panacea medical technology.

Dislikes

Management is the absolute worst. Let me explain in more detail. Management: Both directors are humane, but not in terms of work culture. The MD is so down-to-earth that he will lift items and hand them over for work.Its underlying idea is that while I, as MD, perform those tasks, my employees, whether engineers or managers, should do the same.Despite having authorised helpers, management fails at the bottom level. Once he or she has departed from his or her position, management will no longer recognise who you are or how hard you fought for the company's growth, etc. Human Resources: I'm not sure how to convey this. They have an HR document outlining how the work should be done, but the HR head has no idea what he wrote in it.By the way, it's not Human Resources in panacea, it is INHUMAN RESOURCES because of job security; without reason or explanation, your job will be lost since there are no correct work instructions; everyone, regardless of designation has to work like blackbird. There is a flexible timing for work, only for those bifurcated tongue(basically we call it as bucket people's) By the way, in the advertisement, they displayed several benefits, however there are no such benefits. Saturdays are off on alternate weekends, but....you know what I mean. Last but not least, you are always being watched. PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IN YOUR PERSONAL MATTER RATHER THAN THE WORK. HAVE A GOOD FUTURE ENDEAVOURS FOR NEW JOINERS
