Company is good but few peoples are like manger and support team they are only perform politics, ego, abuse language uses and low minded people in support team, company policics is good, hr is good but management is very poor.

Dislikes

This company is only freshers candidates. Lot of politics and senior engineer is always playing politics with junior engineer not provide proper training.

Excellent working environment and Excellent opportunity to learn and improve On Job Technical Opportunities. Very common to meet AERB, BARC Scientists and great opportunity to learn the technology and Project requirements updates. Project Team and other colleagues interactions in every project success celebrations.

Dislikes

Very common subject in every organization like employee politics based on their job computation level. It will be very painful for other employee colleagues, who are good on their job and their responsibilities. Management should need to take very keen decisions or decision on this subject and should go forward for any further process of the other good employees.
