No appraisal, heavy pressure, no work life balance. They says 9 to 6.30 job but to be good in front of managers we have to work till 7.30. Have to work on alternate saturdays too

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company is good but few peoples are like manger and support team they are only perform politics, ego, abuse language uses and low minded people in support team, company policics is good, hr is good but management is very poor.
