Nice environment for work and all suportive managers and TL.cafetria is also good.company policies atlre good apraisels are fair and they give good sapary hile and bonus every year.

Job security is not good cause if i already benifit our comapny but company fired in lockdown.

Too much pressure and also increases the office hours in the morning and evening both also employee doesn’t have a secure future there they can fired any time without a valid reason like the can LWP ATL and etc without any valid reasons

Salary on time no delay Very Professional on salary paying and Hr Work culture is good but its need your performance as well as. Good Agent salary increment basis on their performance

Job security for non performing agent now they will not give to much time . Leads quality

- Good salary - Fixed offs - Fix timings

- Apart from above 3 I dislike everything - Office politics - No leaves (you hardly get any, even when you are sick) - You have to come on festivals as well like - holi, diwali - They may ask you to come on Sunday as well - No floor support. - No proper training (they don't have any trainer)

No incentive was there because, no job security, no leave in public holidays and national holidays, no comp off, office timing was 9am but return time was never fixed after 8 or 9pm.. Worst culture was there..
