Pacific hire experience resourses with good salary packages even they are not capable for this package but they are not ready to give hike those are deserve they told them clearly we cant give that hike and the appraisal policy for freshers is also not very well

company is good in every terms they provide you free cabs and work from home

if your salary is high already they will not provide you much hike and not giving any bonus and target is 60 for some process

Employees are pressurise and mails are sent on small matters to manager and seniors, and employees view’s are not given any value.

I like the company's employee care sanitation and security are good

Low salary and bond, food in cafeteria and paid canteen are gross, and they don't care about the employee health, it is very hard to make work life balance in this hard working environment

Salary offered is better than other companies. Due to tough work you will be able to get more knowledge.

Management is seriously so sick, makes me want to leave the company instantly. Work pressure is high due to very high target. It's all about production. People who feel that they want to do quality work won't be able to survive here cause all they need is production and nothing else.
