if your salary is high already they will not provide you much hike and not giving any bonus and target is 60 for some process

Employees are pressurise and mails are sent on small matters to manager and seniors, and employees view’s are not given any value.

...rs. Retain karte hai notice period k last week main most probably Manager or Sr. manager might call for feedback and if ur unhappy with salary they can revise. What I don't like was just old employees with in the same band play partiality with Bosses and tumhe nicha dekhate which is not good for mental health ... Abe school main todhe hi padh rhe hai... Ab bol k dikhao school bacho ko police utha k le jayegi..

It is the fastest growing company in US healthcare indutry. Providing a lot of opportunites for carrier growth with job security as well.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but in terms of appraisal policy i m not satisfied. Although doing a lot of overtime managers do not value. Which is a drawback for those employees who are working with the company for a long time.

...t - work life balance and senior management very supportive in term of any need. if no targets complete or quality then ur job safe if meeting all thing well n good There is no incentive, no bonus, Cab and meal service good

One IJP and candidate applied almost 300 people for one post No promotion Rating depends on TL moods HR and management not responsible they reply your email when they need.
