One IJP and candidate applied almost 300 people for one post No promotion Rating depends on TL moods HR and management not responsible they reply your email when they need.

Pacific hire experience resourses with good salary packages even they are not capable for this package but they are not ready to give hike those are deserve they told them clearly we cant give that hike and the appraisal policy for freshers is also not very well

... to give hike to existing users but they are ready to hire new persons for the same process with double salary package so thats nit good

...e sources and connections then only you are promoted.. unsupportive management.. inequality in salary and annual ratings.. if you mind your own business and be limited to your work then you won't be recognised because you do not have a face value..

company is good in every terms they provide you free cabs and work from home

if your salary is high already they will not provide you much hike and not giving any bonus and target is 60 for some process

Employees are pressurise and mails are sent on small matters to manager and seniors, and employees view’s are not given any value.
