...table work environment (depends on team lead/AM). Good promotion opportunities. Salary credited on time. Fun Friday activities occasionally. Opportunity for work to everyone/no much higher studies required this good point. Good place to start.

-Infrastructure of old building is not so good even internally. -For specific distances Eco vans are allotted for pick up and drop that not looks good or professional cab service must be good. -Cab allowance is very low. -food is not tasty. -Work pressure. -No appreciation for silent good performers, operations appreciates him who adulate.

The management is illiterate and they put so much pressure on employees such as ask them to come on holidays without any reimbursement ,stretch,and 12 hours shift for one week in every month

...t - work life balance and senior management very supportive in term of any need. if no targets complete or quality then ur job safe if meeting all thing well n good There is no incentive, no bonus, Cab and meal service good

Pacific hire experience resourses with good salary packages even they are not capable for this package but they are not ready to give hike those are deserve they told them clearly we cant give that hike and the appraisal policy for freshers is also not very well
