Learned civil engineering works with the help of my seniors.Here you have full opportunity to learn and implement your ideas.Then after 2 years promoted to Assistant Civil Engineer and handled a very nice team which included GETs. Here, your career growth depends upon your senior.

Low salary and poor HR policies. All day work with no fix timings. Sometimes you have to work for more than 24 hrs.
