Good work environment and culture .Team are support ed and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming for side. Company rules are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary and my company oriental str.eng.pvt.ltd.and bonus every year..

Joined as a GET in the company. Learned civil engineering works with the help of my seniors.Here you have full opportunity to learn and implement your ideas.Then after 2 years promoted to Assistant Civil Engineer and handled a very nice team which included GETs. Here, your career growth depends upon your senior.

Low salary and poor HR policies. All day work with no fix timings. Sometimes you have to work for more than 24 hrs.

Working as a Assistant Civil Engineer was a very good learning period. My Senior Mr. Sudhakar Singh was best of them all. He gives you freedom to implement your ideas and also helps in any problem.Food was somewhat good as there was no fix person for mesh

Throughout the lockdown, Oriental have been very much supportive. They have given the salary of every month on time, take good care of all staff. This is one of the best construction companies one can think of.

Work Details

My work is a bit interesting as there are a whole lot of calculations to make. Making of Bar Bending Schedule, giving DPR, maintaining RFIs, Making of Subcontractor bills, and lot more paperwork.

Skill Development opportunity is there in this company. Salary is on time.

Compensation is not satisfactory, growth is very slow, the work pressure is very high . Some times I have to work 14 to 16 hours.mid year appraisal is not impressive.even after achieving the targets there is no bonus nothing else. I have to work full day even on Sunday also . Very very poor Leave culture is there in this company.

i am senior engineer in p&m(project and mangement).preventive mentanance,all type of machineries and plant.making monthly report of machinery breakdownd and mentanance and diesel report and give program to juniors according to seniors.attending meeting.
