Learned civil engineering works with the help of my seniors.Here you have full opportunity to learn and implement your ideas.Then after 2 years promoted to Assistant Civil Engineer and handled a very nice team which included GETs. Here, your career growth depends upon your senior.

Low salary and poor HR policies. All day work with no fix timings. Sometimes you have to work for more than 24 hrs.

Working as a Assistant Civil Engineer was a very good learning period. My Senior Mr. Sudhakar Singh was best of them all. He gives you freedom to implement your ideas and also helps in any problem.Food was somewhat good as there was no fix person for mesh

Company & Company policy is very good but it has depend on site management. Career growth is very slow .

Career growth is very slow. the work pressure is very high .No fixed timing for working . Politics is very high .Your growth is not depend on your work. Its depend on how you are related to some people or you are from a particular place. The attitude of management is like blind people . No matter how good you will do , if some people give false information about your work, then your work will be bad....Read More

Throughout the lockdown, Oriental have been very much supportive. They have given the salary of every month on time, take good care of all staff. This is one of the best construction companies one can think of.

Work Details

My work is a bit interesting as there are a whole lot of calculations to make. Making of Bar Bending Schedule, giving DPR, maintaining RFIs, Making of Subcontractor bills, and lot more paperwork.
