Joined as a GET in the company. Learned civil engineering works with the help of my seniors.Here you have full opportunity to learn and implement your ideas.Then after 2 years promoted to Assistant Civil Engineer and handled a very nice team which included GETs. Here, your career growth depends upon your senior.

Low salary and poor HR policies. All day work with no fix timings. Sometimes you have to work for more than 24 hrs.

Throughout the lockdown, Oriental have been very much supportive. They have given the salary of every month on time, take good care of all staff. This is one of the best construction companies one can think of.

salary and low increments.There is no limit of time for duty & No vaccation,and also company gives little leaves.but i am ok with it.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year
