I was lucky to work with good teams and colleagues. For initial few years, work and work-life balance was also good.

Dislikes

Over the years, promotions had become delayed, and came without any increments. Salary was not at par with market standards.

...rces as old resources are used to company and they are the roots of the company. But Thank fully they have good Compensation of 2(layoff)+2(covid reason) months of salary unlike other companies.

Awesome company for women employees, no second thought about it. Policies regarding women workplace safety are taken very seriously. Good flexibility in wfh policies. Good learning opportunities

Dislikes

Company hikes and bonuses are not good. If they give good hike one year they say the same and do not hike for next cycle. Work promotions are also very rare.

Good teammates, job security, regular salary.

Dislikes

No HR policy, no work alignment, no people engagement, no sense of dress code, uncertainty of decision making by manager and higher management, No fix appraisal cycle, no hike.
