...nt in management. There is a horrible cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company terms and conditions are good, appraisals are fair and they give worth salary hike and incentives and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Cons: 1. No work life balance. 2. Zero Employee engagement policy. 3. Poor pay scale and compensation policies. 4. Absolute mismanagement at the management level.

Low salary and hikes . Old technology. Good and elegant works is not appreciated and credit is taken by old timer even most help needed from you and most people know you doesn't matter. Slow people are appreciated.
