Job security is good, Work culture is what you expect in any company in india, management is not so good,depends on the team and overrall not so good expereince for me

Yes I dislike working here. Too much politics, no growth, very bad salary.

Good Company Policy, OFSS enable work from the home facility for all employee during this difficult time, OFSS is very supportive during this period

Dislikes

The salary/ Appraisal process is defined but not a timely basis(regular interval), also award (AMM) was not conducted in my group from the last 5 years.

Pros: 1. Job security. 2. Flexibility in shifts.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. No work life balance. 2. Zero Employee engagement policy. 3. Poor pay scale and compensation policies. 4. Absolute mismanagement at the management level.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I was part of a team that markets high quality products and has a global client base. Good work life balance. Company provides employee friendly policy for medical illness (leaves and insurance)

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but yearly hike is not decent.
