The company follows processes rigidly. Everything has a clear paper trail, there is not even a remote possibility of underhanded stuff. Everything is organised.

...ment consists of ageing people who have no idea of current design/UX trends. 2. Horrible compensation given by one of the top 10 earning IT companies in India. 3. They give you average reviews in your yearly review even if you have done a stellar job, just so that they don't have to increase your salary too much. 4. No career growth. I got 1 promotion in 4 years even though I had more knowledge than people 5 years more experienced than me. 5. No passion for coding in this place. The attitude is just "get the requirement done by hook or crook, we don't care about good quality code." 6. Horrible attempts at inclusivity, especially in Chennai office. North Indians who are hired at Chennai all complain of being left out and depressed, and leave within 2 years. Why hire people from outside your state if you make no efforts to create a good work environment for them? 7. Cutthroat culture when it comes to collaboration. Even though we are all in the same company managers will scold juniors if they are seen helping members from other departments.

Free courses and certification. OFSS is like a college but no need to pay tuition fees because it's already being deducted from your non existing hikes and promotions. It's very good to sharpen your skills and then jumpship. It feels like they promote and want employees to resign. Not by firing , just extended exploitation. If you are a beginner , join , learn and jumpship after 1 year exactly, don't stay long. Same goes for laterals as well. Don't expect much.

No growth . Peanut hikes (3-5%) . No promotion even after staying for 3 years , delivering everything , taking ownership and being available almost all the time when required. Manager talks cringe when asked about hikes . HRs are basically like govt office workers , just do paper work .
