Work life balance is something good. When work is there you are occupied and rest of the time it's like a Government running organization. Will be difficult if you move to a third part organization where every thing is counted so as career growth but not here in this org. Transport - if u r working in US shift you get transport pickup and drop NIght Shift Allowance - only if you login in @ 6PM and logout @ 3AM

...nd want to say I have a job and earn some money then this is the one for you - Salary Hike - When you are hired whatever you get is the one which will continue for next 2 years. Post that, it is managements decision to give hike or not. Even, if you see a hike which will be between 5-10%. Performance Feedback - No correlation between performance and hikes. Even if you are rated at 4/5 you may see a 5% hike. So, no need to get shocked. Process Improvements (New Tools) - It's like a Government running organization, where they stick with what they have and not like a third party organization which moves with the world thinking about new ways of getting work done or tools. Management - You feel as if you are working with vinatge people (50-60 ages) listening to Gyan session. Organization Mission and Vision are only oral communication and not at practical way. Example - Customer Experience and Employee experience are 2 things they talk on. You need to go with Customer experience for sure but you cannot expect organization listening or working for employee experience. Promotion/Career Growth - No Career growth rather you don't see any visibility as nobody speaks on your career growth during your feedback sessions. Coming to promotions - Here IC0 is associate level and next level is IC1, if you are moving from ICO to IC1 you will not see a hike and I don;t know why. Basic thing, u need to think when we share information to our near and dear about your promotion the first thing they have in their mind is hike which is not there. Transport- US shift - Pickup and drop; EMEA - only drop; JAPAC - only pickup Meals - US (Midnight Snacks)/EMEA - Nothing/ JAPAC - Breakfast Shift Allowance - Only if your extension is is post 2AM and that manager approves if not u will get "0".

...rs for an appraisal and received only a 4% hike, which amounts to 2% per year 2. Even if you perform well, you may not receive a salary increase 3. Variable pay is low, ranging from 40 - 60% 4. Lack of communication with the line manager, as your project manager and line manager may be different

No salary hikes for years, no perks, not even Wifi bill rembursement. Nothing new to learn, employees are not open to automation they are comforatble with manual efforts, new approach is always discouraged. HR dept is for name sake. abusive workplace, managers lack empathy, uses cuss words for female employees as well and everyone behaves as if its company culture.

Free courses and certification. OFSS is like a college but no need to pay tuition fees because it's already being deducted from your non existing hikes and promotions. It's very good to sharpen your skills and then jumpship. It feels like they promote and want employees to resign. Not by firing , just extended exploitation. If you are a beginner , join , learn and jumpship after 1 year exactly, don't stay long. Same goes for laterals as well. Don't expect much.

No growth . Peanut hikes (3-5%) . No promotion even after staying for 3 years , delivering everything , taking ownership and being available almost all the time when required. Manager talks cringe when asked about hikes . HRs are basically like govt office workers , just do paper work .
