... parent company which is Fortune No.5 company but it still hires with it's name. There is no learning and minimal compensation. At the start of your career, never choose this company

There is good work life balance

The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.

Good pay and less challenging office work , better if you are planing for distance studies

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.

1. Hybrid working model. 2. Works on latest technology. 3. Team members can work out of different locations.

1. Work culture is poor. Regional favouritism is ruining work experience. 2. Salary hike is based on how good rapport one has with the management. 3. Benefits are non-existent.

Employee centric company, with good benefits and compensation for employees, the learning curve is average, product based but work culture and working way is of service based

Dislikes

Too much politics by leadership, no promotion, no good hike , no recognition or award , people staying in the company for 15- 16 years are major decision takers , very bad learning curve , repetitive work , employees getting burnt out , proper service based culture or call center based
