Old employees do not allow new employee to settle, they work as per there time, new employees have to adjust with there time. New employees they select to use for PIP and expel from organization. Interview process is faulty, they interview on different tech stack and asked to work on different. Good for bachlors, not for family people. Once failed in PIP they remove you in one day without any compensation, if you came across PIP, before they start, you resign, so you will get 3 months for preparation.
