Optum don’t fire people. At 2/5 rating worst could happen is not getting performance incentives but they will still not kick you out of company.

Dislikes

Everything is in variable pay,lot of cuttings which are part of CTC but will not be included. Some managers maintain their existence based on communication ..no skills. Partiality between region.
