Good work and environment and management is not transparent and not supporting &involving. They r not showing interest who is really work hard.simply working and indirectly reporting.Only influence and fair people's only they will give priority.

They difined policies but mangement not addressed our issues salary is not satisfied and now growth is slow before covid it was good. I am conducting training classes for new trainees with my own interest.Not encourageing management and not providing training resources .

I have the team strength of twenty, in Testing and Visual inspection. At the completion time I will get the certificate, I want a technical growth in my job.

All are supporting me for taking up a new job and to become a successful professional and earn more salary from a well developed or developing company.

I like to conduct induction training for newly joined trainees, internal audit,maintaining traning records etc.,

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management not giving importance of employee and work performance.if we do more work and finished my tasks and involved in other areas also they won't bother at all.simply improving other departments bz of qms requirements.i created so many records and improvements there is no appreciation and no job security . External auditors and customers was appreciated during audits.System is very and retrieval of records is very good,maintaing of training records,management review records,training records for newly joined trainees like issuing question papers,updating skill matrix,and other details etc.,

If you can work hard, ready to do cross functional activities, volunteer for new responsibilities, be content with lower salary as work life balance is the best, then Opto is the best place to work

Frequent changes in senior management, Union workers mindset
