1) Hire and fire company 2) No bench ploicy 3) during layoff, no notice given or like 4 or 5 days. 4) this company will earn from you but will kick you off as soon as lay off comes. 5) Less project 6) no learning- same old fasioned work they are still doing. just body shoppers. 7) this company will never feed you for a single day, if you are on bench 8) no leave encashment in F&F settlement. 9) No work life balance.10) Most people dont know why they hire and what to do with people

In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.

I liked all of it about 1 year ago. Company people was friendly. Company Growing. Training opportunity was there. People treated well. All that changed in 2023 dont know what happened

Good office set up in chennai. Free snacks (limited times). Salary on time. They have carrom board and tt in office. No support from seniors

I hated all except the above. Poor support from seniors in company. I am a data developer. I was hired for client site project. when client said project over they asked me to resign and leave job. I went and spoke to my account manager. she did not help. I asked can i speak to data skill seniors in company. There is no one in the company like that it seems. In between they called many of us some months back and said there is a data practice we are part of that and they will give growth path. They said we will all be asked to do poc for many clients and interviews and all when needed. Now when I ask account manager she says no one seniors like that. Now without that support I am forced to find another job. Body shopping mentality company. if you dont have projects just dont bring people from outside for small term assignments.
