Nothing except on time salary.

No job security at all for anyone except the management friends and relatives. Work life balance can be ranked in negative numbers. Management doesn't even care that you have a family. The so called chief architect are full of mistakes and every time some how they will shift the blame into the PM and make them answerable. The PM and leads are specifically asked to put pressure as much as possible to the resources because of impossible deadlines and in front of resources they use to put entire blame to the PM only.

The projects on which I worked gave me a lot of knowledge about the technology as well as the project which was not related to the computer field. Seniors are always helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The company is still working on old age technologies whereas the latest versions of similar technology are running in the industry. Sometimes work pressure can be high.

Worst experience ever. We didn't get salary from 1 years, management having lots of excuses. No salary hike, no appraisal in past 2 years. Finally I leave the job.

There is no career growth with this company. No salary hike, no appraisal and also no job security. Worst past is they hold our salary for long time.

...od specially the CEO of the company is very humble, enthusiastic and supportive. Teammates are also good and supportive and salary and appraisal are on time and as per the expectation it will received, and talk about the learning they always encourage us to learn to latest technology in the market and they will arrange training session with experts.
