Most likely thing at opteamix is their work from home policy. And also will be providing with good learning options. Salary increment and promotions also acceptable.

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics are happening. For getting some benefits you should be good to some higher management people. Even if you get chance for learning, you wont be getting enough chances to make use of it. You can just learn that's it.

Worst company to work, I have never experienced such terrible company through out my career, they just layoff people in batch every month, i would never suggest anyone for this company to work. Hights is they present and behave super professional and friendly at interview process and onboarding process only after then I will realise their true face.

Employee support team is good, they are helping and will listen to you.

Dislikes

Too management favor few people even if they not capable they promote them, they don't take any strict action against all those who have connection till COO level are always safe and also travel to USA. They say it's permanent work from home but after some time they call you to office doesn't matter where are you from.

Overall a good company to start your career , but if you are in a mid senior level position you need to make a second thought before joining.good work culture, good work life balance.

Less projects, No job security
