... also working and due to this u have to work continuously 2 weeks/ 12 hrs a day. In the name of increment they will increase 1500 rupees per year in your salary but not in basic. MY overall experience is worst I just want to u say u can take a tag of MNC only nothing else is there more than this

1:- 12 hours a day 2:- Abusive Culture 3:- 1500 rupees increment per year 4:- U can't get leave easily. 5:- Too much pressure from Chinese side. 6:- standing job( no sitting will be provided)

...hould be more better so that all employees can stay and serve for longer time . Growth is slow and salary issues also there ....so manegement should think about this

Little bit high salary then other but if you think deeply then you will found that this salary is too low as compare to your afford.

Nothing of this company is in favor of the production department... At starting day of this company every things was good but now these day after the indian management started to handle the company every thing going to wrost day by day.. 1.food quality going down day by day. 2.11.5 hours you have to work but pay only for 11 hour. 3.13 hours you have to spend on floor and appx. 1.5 hours journey. 4.Appx.15 hour job you can not save some to spend even talk with your family. 5.Job security zero.. One mistake he may be fire you. 6.You have to suffer more than 15 day in month abusive language. 7.You may get mentally harassed.

We have to greate opportunity to learn in this MNC company. Company environment is good ,i learn more knowledge of this company regarding - 1. How to deal Manpower management. 2. How to track material management. 3. Sop and sip improvements. 4. Complete process controll project. 5. Learn about Lean manufacturing.etc

This company is all is very good and good grouth but something still not improving regarding employee future and salary issues.if employee they are give time with oppo family of long time..

... suggest how I can improve. Company policies and facilities are quite flauless. Also they provide decent salary and bonus every year.

There is a most important issue with transport facility, there pick passengers more than seats in bus so it feel too crowded also we all know it's harmful for us during pandemic... and one more things in cafeteria they didn't clean tables properly...it's feel too unhygienic for employees..
