After leaving the company, no one will care about the Opkey tool, and you’ll have to relearn Java and automation from scratch. Regarding the bond, HR (Reetu) will hold progress meetings for the first three months. She will motivate you, saying she works 16-17 hours a day too, and will ask how things are going. For the first 1-3 months, you won't be able to fully explain your situation. Even if you're under contract, they will be ready to pay you for a month if you resign. If you mention your 2-year bond, HR will claim it's mentioned in the contract, but this is a false statement. Yogesh plays a significant role in the internal politics of the company. If you don’t work on weekends, even during company parties, they may threaten you with resignation. Work culture Unsupportive team No training structures Trainer always looks busy but without any work. The dumbest of all is the HR manager (Reetu Garg). She will give the new joiner PIP without any concrete reason instead of issuing warning letter. She doesn't have any work, only roams on the floor and issues PIPs for no reason. Never join Opkey if you don't want to spoil your career. There is huge amount of politics with the organisation.

Nothing exceptional. Most of the fresher's work include bug fixing and random work. Most of the time the bugs are not code related but either network issue or client issue.

Dislikes

No bonuses, 3 months notice period + they hold entire salary for 3 months, no work life balance - you have to be available 24/7 (and i mean seriously 24/7) in the name of flexible timings, other employees are way over worked as well, hr politics - if you're someone at engineering role they might respond to you otherwise for support roles; they don't care.

This is permanant you need to understand you have to work every weekend no appreciation will be given for that salary is minimal you will get frustrated and will start questioning your self senior are highly discouraging will treat you like your servants Don't join this organisation other you will regret it
