Nothing this company has doomed my career... They dont ve any planning.. Neither they respect their employee... And the management level is pathetic specially Mr. duggal...being an avp hr doesn't ve ny ideology... Good for nothing...

Salary structure and most important salary appraisal is worst... If some one give party out side the office premises every week then he or she will get good appraisal...

...of deduction with no reason .. company is good however processes are not stable. Salary structure is poor . They pay in a bit lower side . But if you have a clean chit data you will have job stability.Overall a good company to work with

This list is huge but as I have to keep it small and specified hence I am highlighting some incidents what I came accross. 1. No proper training. 2. No colleagues support in case of learning. 3. Existing coworker's rude behaviour. 4. Toxic work culture. 5. Very unprofessional behaviour towards new joinee. SCM is one of the process which is leading by Mumbai office and that process is pathetic just pathetic. Above mentioned points are dedicated to this process only. If anyone wants to join onprocesstechnology then i would request please don't and if it is for Mumbai SCM process then surely it will become hell journey. They are currently also hiring for this process only as no one stays over there more than 1 month so they always have vacancy for this particular process only.

The seemingly casual approach to everything allows anyone to learn anything if one is willing. Opportunity to learn and implement is enormous.

Work culture, job satisfaction, feedback and appreciation is next to NIL followed by compensation and salary.

Good working environment within a team coz everyone is cooperative and helpful. Appraisal is good nice bonus before Durga puja also the bonus amounts are fair enough.

...s or leaves also management doesn't haven't any voice to speak on agents behalf. Salary is decent but no career growth as because of partiality which is strictly followed by the management.
