...y place in othee companies on their parol. They place people on long term basis. They provide good package but you cannot expect much growth in title wise.

Company's HR Manager, Is very worst, The package what they offered me was very good after 2 months HR came to me stating that offer letter was rolled out mistakenly and I was offered very high package, so they didn't have me salary for 2 months and also reduced my package by 3 lacs

...iving a reason of budget or even if you get ill or hospitalised and take leaves. ODA doesn't pay salary to employees while on bench. All the projects ODA receives are Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V type.Work culture is also horrible when you work on a project which ODA has received from client. In my case they had even defaulted on my complete full and final settlement.
