Good work environment and culture. HR are really very supportive and reachable. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Nothing to dislike about ODA. They can start empowering employees by giving training on recent technologies.

They can promise you whatever you want at the time of joining. but will fulfill none of them. commitments only from one-sided you should not rely even on CEO of this company

Do not follow ethics.no values. basic salary if you are fortunate enough on bench

...y place in othee companies on their parol. They place people on long term basis. They provide good package but you cannot expect much growth in title wise.

They put peoplw in other companies. If project therw gets over, it hard to keep people on board

Company's HR Manager, Is very worst, The package what they offered me was very good after 2 months HR came to me stating that offer letter was rolled out mistakenly and I was offered very high package, so they didn't have me salary for 2 months and also reduced my package by 3 lacs

HR is not bothered about your career they are simply interested in meeting their target and one you join you will stat feeling job insecurity, every time you will threatened for throughout of job

...iving a reason of budget or even if you get ill or hospitalised and take leaves. ODA doesn't pay salary to employees while on bench. All the projects ODA receives are Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V type.Work culture is also horrible when you work on a project which ODA has received from client. In my case they had even defaulted on my complete full and final settlement.
