1) Management and HR threaten the employees 2) Never give the salary on time 3) No learning , No flexibility 4) CEO uses abusive language 5) Late working hours 6) force employees to work on weekend as well 7) 0000% job security , they fire the employees in a minute without any dscssn 8) HRs are very toxic , never listen and start warning like case kr doongi, career khraab kr doongi , case mein fsa doongi etc. I have joined this company only for 2 months and in months they have fired 15 people without any reason. Once project complete they fire that employees . I must say Politics ka ghar hai ye company . most worst company in gurgaon

My Team lead was the only reason we were working he was very supporting and Had very great leadership quality. I wish he becomes a Design Lead in a great firm.

...ike: 1. The Higher management was irresponsible. 2. HR Speaks their language. 3. Salary always gets delayed. 4. They can fire you at any time without any prior notice. 5. Very Unstable Firm to work with full office politics. 6. They hired an intern and fired her within a month think someone is starting their first industry job and they get this treatment its totally wrong i lost respect for this company at that time.

1) Salary not on time (sometime it took 15-20 days more ) , Threaten the employees, 6 days working late working hours 2) HR never listen mean very unprofessional 3) No flexibility 4) if you resign they start humiliate and exploiting you 5) Job Security 000% 6) They fire the employees in a minute 7) No learning growth 8) Worst Management 9) After onboarding they ask new hire for negotiations again by saying aapko jyada offer kr diya hai hum itna nhi de paenge n all . if you say then they start warn 10) CEO abuses the employees overall: worst company in gurgaon i must say .

Only benifit is work from home

0% Job security. They usually fire in a day without paying pending of salary. They will provide laptop and they will charge 6K monthly for that laptop. I never recommend to join this. This is my personal experience.

Salary delayed by 15-20 days multiple times. Employees have to keep begging for salary and they give fake promises. Hire people by saying- We are giving great opportunity to you. Employyes are treated like kaam wali bai. They will say- you are fired. Don't come from tomorrow. Bad projects. They hire based on project requirement and once the project is complete they will fire you. Note: Latest layoff was in Feb 2024 and April 2024. They have not paid march month salary till now. Forget about any severance pay they didn't pay even salary
