Nothing I can think of. If you are really interested you can learn by roaming around departments but be careful when you try to give your opinion or ideas. Because scientists will get offended.

...ther than R&D, as the product is still in the research and development phase. 3. Promotion & Hike - Without an HR policy, promotions and salary increases are not based on merit or performance. Those who are favored by their superiors and adept at agreeing with them may receive rapid and multiple promotions. 4. R&R - In the absence of a clear policy, diligent employees may find themselves burdened with additional work. Some departments operate in obscurity, with their functions and personnel remaining unknown. 5. Privilege - When a department head or boss is well-regarded, their department's workload may be shifted to others. Engineers or managers, unembarrassed by their lack of knowledge, may pass their responsibilities onto someone else due to their privileged status. 6. No transparency - The company operates without transparency, concealing its internal processes and decisions from employees. 7. If you are in good terms with CEO or if you are an mallu you can get three hikes in a year with multiple promotions. 8. Most departments manager and senior management living their life by portraying engg Or some other person is bad or blaming them for their failures. 9. No working hour policy / location policy - few departments/ people who have privilege don't need to come office at all. 10. Department Directors will be visiting to abroad sites for implementing ECN where they don't know how the system look like, or how it will work.

Salary will come on time.

Dislikes

There is no clarity from the management regarding what product they are developing. Highly biased environment. High preference to people who are from Kerala. HR is just a puppet to the management. HR thinks playing cricket and volleyball makes employees happy which is absolutely NO. If the management likes someone, they will give 3-4 promotions in a year with almost 5x hike. There is no job security

they are generating income from more scraps - They are doing mass production by doing scraps & Very impressed.

Dislikes

1 - Favoritism - if you are a mallu and if you know higher management guys then you are the director in this company 2- Too much of Dump directors - 90% of the directors working in this company are useless dump guys not even knows the basic knowledge 3- Every seconds you need to aware " whether we still working in this company or not " 4- Company know to take money from investors and they know the ways to spend it on the useless things - Till today product is not ready and entered into the market with too too much over confidence , Now management is realizing and it results firing all the employees. 5- "BEWARE" - DONT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION - IT WILL SPOIL YOUR LIFE ( Many employees life has gone- i am the one in this ) 6 - Incase you already working in this organization - Don't worry be in favoritism list to the higher management mallus for time being and start searching for an new job.
