Nothing I can think of. If you are really interested you can learn by roaming around departments but be careful when you try to give your opinion or ideas. Because scientists will get offended.

No parity - Any individual can secure any position with any compensation, regardless of education and experience, if they possess sharp negotiation skills and are referred by an internal employee, as there is no HR policy in place. 2. Work-life balance - For those seeking a tranquil work environment, it is advisable to consider departments other than R&D, as the product is still in the research and development phase. 3. Promotion & Hike - Without an HR policy, promotions and salary increases are not based on merit or performance. Those who are favored by their superiors and adept at agreeing with them may receive rapid and multiple promotions. 4. R&R - In the absence of a clear policy, diligent employees may find themselves burdened with additional work. Some departments operate in obscurity, with their functions and personnel remaining unknown. 5. Privilege - When a department head or boss is well-regarded, their department's workload may be shifted to others. Engineers or managers, unembarrassed by their lack of knowledge, may pass their responsibilities onto someone else due to their privileged status. 6. No transparency - The company operates without transparency, concealing its internal processes and decisions from employees. 7. If you are in good terms with CEO or if you are an mallu you can get three hikes in a year with multiple promotions. 8. Most departments manager and senior management living their life by portraying engg Or some other person is bad or blaming them for their failures. 9. No working hour policy / location policy - few departments/ people who have privilege don't need to come office at all. 10. I recently had displeasure of engaging with Ohmium Ind Pvt Ltd, and i can confidently say it was one of the most regrettable experience of my life. Talking about the product itself. Ohmium boasts about their cutting edge tech and innovation but they deliver crap. the total product is a riddle & defect. office politics plays a major role, only people with cunning mind set can grow by pulling legs of other good employees. especially few directors and managers are completely unfit for the position are promoted. More proficient and capable persons are not valued for their technical skills. One who steals the credit is getting lots of merits. Top level management is not valuating or identifying the skills of employees. They just want "Yes Sir!!" for all their crap ideas. Design related studies were not done properly for product and They entered into marketing phase too early before they could run system uninterrupted inside factory premises. My manager and manager's manager were clueless about the work, and they did not understand a bit about my contribution. So, in a way no-one bothered to ask me the details as they did not get a clue of the work.

I was working with a manager who clearly faked his CV into the system. Faking is one thing, but the IQ of the person matched that of a Mickey Mouse doll. I would not even have hired this kind of people under me. And I was forced to work under such people. Clueless leadership and all fake publicity about the struggling company. The company chaos is beyond measure. A lot of partiality towards US people and some with domain knowledge in insurance trying to understand deep tech products and be in the leadership role. Very hopless reruitments in the last one year and this shows the direction the company is tending towards. Any day, I would run away from such a firm. There are more directors than working level engineers, 95% of current workforce is from referral of some department leads as they created political party they want their "yes boss" Guys from previous organization that too they hire with 200% hike and better position. There is no respect to education and experience, HR team is for name sake, there is no policy, true practicener of hire and fire policy. There teams which has only directors. So their is no skillfull workforce nor subject matter expert to develop or test the product.
