I really appreciate a culture and management that prioritize employees' health and safety. They are very supportive and encourage employees to provide feedback and input on new initiatives. Promotion & Hike - Without an HR policy, promotions and salary increases are not based on merit or performance. Those who are favored by their superiors and adept at agreeing with them may receive rapid and multiple promotions. 4. R&R - In the absence of a clear policy, diligent employees may find themselves burdened with additional work.
