I recently had displeasure of engaging with Ohmium Ind Pvt Ltd, and i can confidently say it was one of the most regrettable experience of my life. Talking about the product itself. Ohmium boasts about their cutting edge tech and innovation but they deliver crap. the total product is a riddle & defect. office politics plays a major role, only people with cunning mind set can grow by pulling legs of other good employees. especially few directors and managers are completely unfit for the position are promoted. More proficient and capable persons are not valued for their technical skills. One who steals the credit is getting lots of merits. Top level management is not valuating or identifying the skills of employees. They just want "Yes Sir!!" for all their crap ideas. Design related studies were not done properly for product and They entered into marketing phase too early before they could run system uninterrupted inside factory premises. Nothing I can think of. If you are really interested you can learn by roaming around departments but be careful when you try to give your opinion or ideas. Because scientists will get offended.

No parity - Any individual can secure any position with any compensation, regardless of education and experience, if they possess sharp negotiation skills and are referred by an internal employee, as there is no HR policy in place. 2. Work-life balance - For those seeking a tranquil work environment, it is advisable to consider departments other than R&D, as the product is still in the research and development phase. 3. Promotion & Hike - Without an HR policy, promotions and salary increases are not based on merit or performance. Those who are favored by their superiors and adept at agreeing with them may receive rapid and multiple promotions. 4. R&R - In the absence of a clear policy, diligent employees may find themselves burdened with additional work. Some departments operate in obscurity, with their functions and personnel remaining unknown. 5. Privilege - When a department head or boss is well-regarded, their department's workload may be shifted to others. Engineers or managers, unembarrassed by their lack of knowledge, may pass their responsibilities onto someone else due to their privileged status. 6. No transparency - The company operates without transparency, concealing its internal processes and decisions from employees. 7. If you are in good terms with CEO or if you are an mallu you can get three hikes in a year with multiple promotions. 8. Highly biased environment Few people from Design and Lab team(especially Leads) thinks they are genius(Actually not). No one is subject matter experts here. If management doesnt like, you will be thrown out of the job in fraction of seconds. Toxic culture. HR department is there for name sake. They just do hiring and firing. If you have investment plans, not right decision to join Ohmium.
