Its a great experience working with the Oberoi group.Work culture is highly appreciable,people are professional and organised but at the same time the careers growth is very slow as there are multiple issues and involvement of unconcerned department. For a beginner this hotel is the best.

Career groth is the major issue and and there is hadly any salary increment.I have been working here for last four years and my salary increased by rupees-800/ only.

High-pressure jobs, Long working hours, Low pay, No perks, No work-life balance, and the growth opportunities are not that great.

You get good traing,salary wire it is good You get more and more apportunities to learn innovative style of wiring.The enviroment is always you wld want to work in.career growth is also good.In all ways it is a best place to work.
