...ies. Always depends on Management and makes changes as per their convenience. I still remember one of employees used to resign every year just for hike in package and it was happening for 5 years continually and no one took that seriously. Considering above instance anyone can think twice while applying in this company

They are not supporting us at all. While the govt/ state CM confirmed 30% working staff in the office and maximum work from home. Our office strength has been made to work at 100% strength also increasing the hours to 6 days week. A lot of our colleagues have been infected by Covid as well. The security does not even check the arogya setu app(which was made mandatory by the company). They also randomly cancelled our leave during ganpati season and we have been told to make it to office irrespective of the Arogya setu status.

Dislikes

6 days a week, no increments for 3-4 years, 1 year of no promotions, no gifts for Diwali since years, no picnics/parties, no employee engagement activities or medical tests(these were there a few years ago)..fired around 230 people.. no job security... sad culture
