...sure and with almost zero work life balance, the yearly hike provided is peanut. with 4-5% hike and that too for employees whose salary is less than 6 Lacs per annum it's really frustrating. (6.) Zero appreciation from the reporting management and extremely rude and abusive behavior. I went to take my Covid Vaccine post that I was bit uneasy and was not feeling well. So I took some rest for 1 hour and I got call from my manager asking me who gave you the authority to take rest. With whose permission you took rest for 1 hour (7.) No leaves. Even sick leave also. If you ask for 1 day genuine sick leave your reporting manager asks you how many mails you have pending, how may cases you have resolved and we have client call today. This is the response which I got from the other side. No festival leave, nothing!

GBS : Do not expect a huge salary. Expect a decent pay. Need strong Leaders and not managers. Very few leaders on floor to look upto and follow as a disciple.

Healthy and engaging work environment. Everyday new opportunities for learning and grooming skills. Current brands and the pipeline is very rich with strong scientific data for each brand

Too much to do, work life balance is tough for people managers. Salary benefits are bit low in comparison of other MNC

Good learning experience, very good medical team. Good place to learn a lot about medical affairs.

... daily cab service, compensatory leaves) without much regards for the employees. Sub par salary when compared to other MNCs, and management don't seem to be considering changing any of this any time soon.
