GBS : Do not expect a huge salary. Expect a decent pay. Need strong Leaders and not managers. Very few leaders on floor to look upto and follow as a disciple.

Good about this company is its work life balance and no short timeline.

Dislikes

Rest everything is con. No career growth, no skill development, not so good compensation. Major reason is poor management. They are running their own nepotism world with removing existing North Indian and replacing it with strictly South Indian which is nowhere hamper diversity. Promotion are based on your dancing skills, and everything is government by one dictator vp.

Work life balance, good compensation, good hike, good growth opportunities, respect for each other, regular corporate team outings, gifts on several occasions, care for employees, opportunities to change roles.

Dislikes

Sometimes management takes decisions without bringing the employees into the process which results in incorrect decisions for which later the blame falls on the employees.
