Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It is the best organisation to work and also best suited for the person who has pursued the career in diabetes and wanted to pursue in diabetes. It boosts your communication skills as you have to deal with Denmark stakeholder on regular basis. Novo-Nordisk is the best place to work!

The compensation and annual growth is pretty less compare to other companies. Since company focuses and well-known for it's anti-diabetic product it has very less chances for the individual growth.
