Very stable and excellent work culture. Women friendly work place. On time payment of salary and other perks. High access and exposure to glabal business. Process oriented. Job security.

Too stable and lack of financially tangible motivation for individual genius. Individual growth and developmental pace too slow and too limited. HR policies more alligned to very long term association with organization, more like the Head quarter country rather than the local job market. Pay any other monitory benifits just average and not competitive with other MNC peers. Certain JDs lack the transparency and correlation with your actual day job

GBS : Do not expect a huge salary. Expect a decent pay. Need strong Leaders and not managers. Very few leaders on floor to look upto and follow as a disciple.

Too much to do, work life balance is tough for people managers. Salary benefits are bit low in comparison of other MNC
