Nothing. HR make fake promises confidently that's what I like most.
Dislikes
No proper salary structure, when asked for salary structure HR stops to respond to your queries.
Too much HR involvement in each and every tasks.
Too poor hierarchy. Promotions are done strictly on buttering basis.
All management in old lady's hand whose thought process is too old. Hence company not able to grow during last few years.
Employees strength reduced to more than 70% because of such old thought process.
Fake promises were make with new employees regarding WFH. After joining they forced employee to work from office.
No work life.
It's better to be jobless than working here. Because they hire you for different profile and asked you to work on old technology.
Too much toxic environment. Hr calculate how many times you went for washroom, how many times you went for coffee break.
They are not providing experience certificate on last working day. When asked they starts ignoring your messages.
Too much micro management.
They give you so many reasons to leave the company.

...ppreciations, promotion and increment based on buttering and not the efforts.
5. If you go to management to discuss on your concerns related to salary, increment and promotion the never give your satisfactory response and your concerns are never considered.
6. Single lady who doesn't have any technical knowledge judge your performance. It doesn't matter whatever your feedbacks are from your manager.
7. All controls are in worst hand as there is no proper management in Nagpur office(Which is the only office).
8. Micro Management.
9. They say they have flexi timings but they don't. Some managers even asks their employees work after 9 PM.
10. All the positive reviews posted here are by HR itself and forcefully by employees.
11. No job security
12. They don't provide you any medical insurance.

Our company policies are designed keeping in mind the employee needs such as Flexi working times, flexible leave policy with EL, CL, ML, etc. Management is always abreast with the overall situation and always priorities the employee's safety during suitations late night working of female employees, early off in case of riots or large festivals, work from home during COVID, etc.
When you are close to a deadline or customer is facing a critical issue, work pressure is high.
Technology used for developing our product takes time to change as compare to a service based company.
Low performers are also kept, they just do not provide decided salary and appraisal to them. (Do not remove them because of lack of strength in company)

They counter offer on resign, realise value of employee after giving paper.
They add over market standard variable pay but give very less. Your CTC on paper is high but you’ll receive a lot less salary in hand.
Unnecessary saturdays are working, Very boring saturday activities. They force you to join such events for fun. Fun is not when you are force by other.
