...e done, how to build a team, what kind of people should be there in the team. - Only concerned about her job, her salary and her bonus and for that she is happy for people to leave. Neither she knows what strategy is nor she knows what digital means - Good/ hard work of people working on Strategy side of this is ignored and not appreciated, the only concern is for people working on DX side of things from Kolkata - No concern about bringing in projects for junior team members, not is the freedom given to senior team members to hire relevant team members - If someone resigns false accusations like the person is manipulative are being made, other team members are said not to talk to that person as if he has committed a crime by resigning - No effort is being made by current senior team members on doing sales and bring in projects. Focus is just going to overseas offices on various pretexts, but then that does not mean there are opportunities for team members to work on projects FYI Since Nov. 2022 to August 2023 4 people of around 10 members have left. So one can imagine the situation Advice for Management 1. You need to have spine in making your decisions, recognizing people who are doing hard work and putting in genuine efforts. DO NOT BE BLIND to their contributions and FIGHT FOR THEM 2. If the focus is only maintaining peace and harmony, then you will never be able to grow as an organization

Many biased decisions are taken among the employees basis on their Nationality also. It's a pet dialogue here that we understand your problem but you have to manage yourself, we can't do anything. People are individual players, managers will never support their team to save themselves.

The company culture is immensely valuable to any fresher joining right out of college. The grooming experience that you get here is comparable to none. Much responsibility is allotted to you early on in your career. The people are very friendly and you can get a good mix of cultures here.
