1. Very very less pay compared to other IT product based companies 2. Tech stack is very old generally and most networking based work is there. 3. Not a good option to join if you are interested in web domain.

Food and hygiene is well maintained Pickup and drop for ladies in early morning and late night.

...ss you're a permenant staff there. And those people will make you do their work. Don't expect salary much for the work you do. Sometimes they don't give salary. I have heard multiple cases of not giving salary to employees. Also there is no benefit in working in production part. Its just a waste.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners
