Salary and incentive structure is very good on time salary with incentive sometime salary credited before time but not after time and 20 percent growth in salary every year

Price range of product is higher than other competitor brand and product is not satisfactory for the customer accroding to specification and customer demand

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners
