The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global clientbase.As a result,I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada. But onsite is completely dependent on your project and client's location.mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1visa quickly.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hier policy

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's' unique strengths, which is why I have take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation email from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals. Also, there is no-job training for Freshers, hance senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Nice cafeteria, nice workplace, nice people to have fun , nice building, nice furnitures, nice atmosphere to work, Nice air conditioned, free cab, you can get friends easily, giff box for diwali and 1000 Rs amazon gift voucher per year.

...licy, need to work onluy in office even if its flood, heavy rains, cyclone, ext. leave requestes are not even possible, no salary hike, more salary deduction, no bonus

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners

Appraisal and Hike is not good. Project in learning is not good based on my team. More process oriented.

1. Very very less pay compared to other IT product based companies 2. Tech stack is very old generally and most networking based work is there. 3. Not a good option to join if you are interested in web domain.
