1. Very very less pay compared to other IT product based companies 2. Tech stack is very old generally and most networking based work is there. 3. Not a good option to join if you are interested in web domain.

Good work life balance. Nokia offers flexi working options. Good paternity and maternity leave policy. Good place for a network engineer

Nokia is a failed company. Its shares price is continuously dropping which reflects in the appraisal and salary. Nokia has announced huge job cuts recently. Continuous mid management leadership change and reorg is causing volatile environment. It doesn't have attractive roles and opportunities compared to other software companies

Salary hikes are less compared to other product based companies. Layoffs are planned due to telecom market is volatile. There is no proper roadmap to the developing RAN products.

Work-life Balance and new technology to explore, though you don't know the technology give time to make yourself comfortable and work on the same.

Dislikes

The salary and promotion Cycle is the worst. Sometimes your reporting team will not follow the Agile methodology and without any plan, they will start development and then end up with so many issues.
