...ss you're a permenant staff there. And those people will make you do their work. Don't expect salary much for the work you do. Sometimes they don't give salary. I have heard multiple cases of not giving salary to employees. Also there is no benefit in working in production part. Its just a waste.

Product quality, product price, product line up, late new product launch , doesn't compet to the composition brand, and most importantly online offline pricing.

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners
